The Creation of Puppy
Renaissance-style parody of Michelangelo's Creation of Adam. A golden retriever puppy sits on a stone ledge and reaches a paw toward a red ball held mid-air by a human hand coming out of sculpted clouds. It is painted in warm sepia and ochre over a classical valley landscape.
